What data we collect

• •Email addresses, when you voluntarily submit them through our email capture forms. This is the only personally identifiable information we collect.
• •Anonymous usage analytics, such as which calculator inputs are most common and which cities are viewed most often. This data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to any individual.
• •We do not require account creation, and we do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment information.

How we store it

Email addresses are stored in a Supabase database, encrypted at rest. Supabase is a secure, SOC 2 compliant database platform. We retain email addresses only as long as you remain subscribed, or until you request deletion.

How we use it

• •Quarterly data updates and city recommendations sent to subscribers who have opted in.
• •We do not sell your email to third parties under any circumstances.
• •We do not send marketing emails without explicit consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your email and any associated data at any time by contacting hello@livcost.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use minimal session cookies solely to remember your calculator inputs between steps. These are first-party, session-only cookies with no tracking capability. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for this level of cookie usage.
